Firstly you posted waaay to much info - its a Mac - keep it simple.
Short answer - Yes that is fine. It take it you are buying Apple refurbished. They are a good buy.
Its a Mac dude.
The first one's retail price would only be $550. I assume you're paying around $900. Crappy memory, crappy graphics.
The second one has the same problems, with no drastic improvement over the first. Should only be worth $750 ideally, but I'm not in charge of pricing.
