What is wrong with this H3, 2009? ?

We just got this truck in December. In January we took a trip and left the truck in the parking deck at the airport. When we got back it was about 30 outside, and the truck would not start. The battery worked, all the lights came on, the radio, etcetera. It would not even crank though. We had to have it towed to the dealership. They side it was the theft system, and reset it.

We got the truck back and it seemed fine, but the next morning it did it again. We tried to start it up about five times over a period of time and it would not. So by the time the tow guy got there it started, So we took it to the dealer any way. They could not duplicate the problem so they sent it back to us. Every time we get this thing back it will not start up in the morning. First we thought it was happening when we locked the truck, but we have left it unlocked and it still does it. Now as crazy as it sounds it seems like it will not start if it's cold. What the heck is wrong with this truck?

see if you can disconnect the theft system on it thats were the problem is.if you have a key chain thing to unlock it and to disalarm it try pushing the disarm first.
